Kristen, Office Manager
Kristen started working in the dental field as a receptionist in 2010 where she found her passion for teeth and customer service. She’s been a Dental Office Manager since 2013 and lives in Danville with her husband and 2 boys whom she ADORES! She enjoys playing (and winning) board games, basketball, tennis, volleyball and reading a good book at the beach. Her most favorite thing to do is to spend time with family and friends.
Shanice, Scheduling Coordinator
Shanice has been working in the dental field since 2015. She started out working as a Dental Assistant and slowly found her passion for insurance, getting to know patients and making sure they receive quality care and attention from the front office. Shanice has lived in Haverhill, MA for most of her life. In her free time, she enjoys spending family time with her 2 kids & fiancé, fashion designing & baking.

Isabella, Dental Assistant
Isabella graduated from the Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting (at Kingston Dental Arts) in 2022. Since then, she has been loving the triumphs and challenges that assisting brings. She is a Nashua native and has known since a young age that she wanted a career in the dental field. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, karaoke, and loves to travel.

Donna, Dental Hygienist - CDA, RDH, MEd
Donna is a Registered Dental Hygienist, Certified Dental Assistant, and holds a Master’s in Education concentrating on the adult learner. She is one of the founders of the Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting. Donna loves her work in dentistry, treating patients since 2006. She prides herself in making patients feel comfortable and supported in their oral health goals. Donna looks at life as a big adventure and prides herself on her open mind, energy for learning, and support of her patients, students, and colleagues.

Jill, Dental Hygienist
Jill is a registered dental hygienist and graduated from Forsyth at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2013. She is certified in local anesthesia. Her gentle and compassionate approach puts her patients at ease, making dental visits a comfortable experience.
Jill resides with her husband, Richie, her daughter Harlow and dog Milo. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the family camp in Pittsburg, NH and doing anything outdoors with her family.
Justine, Certified Dental Assistant
Justine is a Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from NHTI - Concord’s Community College, with a Professional Certificate in Dental Assisting and an Associate Degree in Health Science. Justine has experience assisting in many areas of dentistry. She is certified in several expanded functions, including sealants, coronal polishing, and temporary crown/bridge. She is very passionate about dental assisting and strives to ensure that her patients have a positive experience and are comfortable throughout their appointment. In October 2018, Justine earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also the Lead Instructor for Northeast Collaborative School of Dental Assisting. Outside of work, Justine enjoys outdoor activities, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
